Client Agreement

Thank you for agreeing to the following.

EMAIL
I agree to subscribe to Mary’s contact list so that I may receive emails, newsletters, and invitations to classes, programs, etc.

MEDICAL
I understand that Energy Healing is not a substitute for medical or veterinary care.

If an emergency arises, I agree to seek immediate medical care for myself or my animal companion during the week, on weekends, or when Mary is out of the office.

ACTIVE PARTICIPATION & RESPONSIBILITY
I agree to be an active participant in my and/or my animal’s healing process.

I agree to follow the suggestions that Mary receives through spirit guides and angels to get the healing results I and/or my animal companion are looking for.

I acknowledge that I am a co-creator in my own health and the health of my animal companion.

PHONE SESSIONS, COACHING & HEALING SESSIONS, & FOLLOW-UP PHONE CALLS
I understand that sometimes there are issues with technology. In such cases:

• If I’m not able to get through to Mary by phone, tablet, or computer; I agree to a Distance Healing Session, not on the phone.
• For disrupted phone or internet service, Mary will attempt to reach me and continue my session when service returns. If it does not, she will complete it as a Distance Session and leave a voicemail report.
• For my Phone and Coaching & Healing Sessions, I agree that I am not entitled to a refund if the recording fails.
• If the audio recording does fail, I will rely on my own notes and memory of the session.
• I agree that if I choose to receive my follow-up (for Distance Sessions) by phone, if for any reason I do not answer my phone at the scheduled time, including emergencies or technical issues, Mary will leave a voicemail report.

IN-PERSON SESSIONS
I acknowledge that I am personally responsible for my own safety when I am on the property and will not hold Mary, Amara Energy Medicine LLC, or any third-party company liable for any possible injury, such as falling, tripping, etc.

ADDITONAL CONSULT TIME
If I need additional consult time, I can schedule this with Mary at $30 for 15 minutes. Click here to contact Mary in order to schedule an additional consult time.

If there’s space at the end of my session and I want to go beyond the scheduled time, I will be charged $30 for up to 15 minutes.

EMERGENCIES
I agree that I will be charged an additional $50 for an Emergency Session.

CANCELLATIONS
If I cancel my appointment for any reason within 48 hours of the scheduled time, including bad weather, no refunds will be given. If I have not already paid, I will be charged 100% of my session fee.

• Phone Sessions, Coaching & Healing Sessions, and In-Person Sessions will be replaced with a Distance Session at the same scheduled time.
• Distance Sessions will remain a Distance Healing Session at the same scheduled time.

FORGOTTEN and MISSED SESSIONS
I agree that I am not entitled to a refund. If I have not already paid for my session, I will be charged 100% of the fee.

• In-Person Sessions will be replaced with Distance Session at the same scheduled time.
• Distance Sessions will remain Distance Healing Session at the same scheduled time.

RESCHEDULING
If I reschedule my session up to two days before the meeting time, I will not be charged a reschedule fee. If I reschedule the booking within two days of the meeting time, my rescheduled session will be 25% of the total session cost.
